With students in 76+ countries, including 44 across Africa, I’ve built a global platform that inspires leaders to rise, businesses to grow, and communities to thrive.

Through four podcasts, YouTube, coaching, and leadership training, leveraging a Masters degree in clinical psychology and 30+ years inquiry, I create spaces where people step into their power, break through limitations, and take bold action. A writer, songwriter, and course creator, I weave creativity with strategy to ignite transformation.
At the heart of my work is the belief that “We All Deserve to Thrive.” Through Y.E.A.’s 7 Pillars of a Thriving Mindset, we guide students to shift from limited thinking to a mindset full of possibilities—rooted in sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
