Y.E.A. Directors' Job Description

🌍 Y.E.A. Global Director – Position Description
Position Title: Y.E.A. Country or Regional Director
Reports To: Founder & Global Director – Carol Witt
Location: Global (non-territorial; based on network and sphere of influence)
Type: Part-time, contract-based, mission-driven

 

Position Overview:

As a Y.E.A. (Young Entrepreneurs Alliance) Director, you are a dynamic leader responsible for launching and managing the 10-Week Y.E.A. Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program in your country or region. This role is ideal for women leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, and community builders with a passion for business development, coaching, and transformational learning.

 

Core Responsibilities:

🧭 Program Launch & Management:

  • Market, promote, and fill two 10-week Y.E.A. courses annually (Spring & Fall).

  • Enroll a minimum of 50 paid students per course (You and your Leadership Team)

  • Deliver the program in your time zone if desired.

  • 3-year commitment

  • Participate in our Give Back Non-profit
     

👥 Team Building:

  • Recruit and train your leadership team:
     

    • 2 Co-Facilitators
       

    • 4 Head Coaches
       

    • 14 to 20 Coaches
       

📚 Curriculum & Delivery:

  • Fully understand the Y.E.A. curriculum and teach the Seven Pillars for Thriving.
     

  • Lead and manage weekly class timelines: start on time, end on time.
     

  • Train your team on teaching roles and student facilitation.
     

  • Facilitate 4 core student exercises across the 10 weeks.
     

🎥 Technology & Admin:

  • Manage your own Pro Zoom account (100 participants).
     

  • Set up a YouTube Channel to upload all recorded class sessions (unlisted, not public).
     

  • Maintain a Pro Canva account for marketing materials and class visuals.
     

  • Submit your own Director registration and admin fee before each course cycle.
     

🌐 Non-Territorial Enrollment:

  • Directors may enroll students from any region or country.
     

  • Your course enrollment is based on your personal and professional network.
     

 

Compensation Structure:

  • Directors receive 60% of the paid student registration fees
    (Early Reg. $1295 - Regular Reg. $1495)

  • The remaining 40% supports the Global Founder, training development, and consulting.

  • The Affiliate program is 30% of an additional 50 student registration
